Are you possibly a person who just does not have any energy...? Do you have trouble waking up in the morning...? Do you find yourself needing that cup of coffee in the morning to get going..? Do you have that mid afternoon energy low around 3:00..? It could be as simple as getting enough oxygen into your system. You may be breathing too shallow... or even backwards. When you get more oxygen into your system your body begins to function more the way it was created to function... Therefore your body doesn't have to work so hard to function "normally."
The end result here is that you have more energy... The moral is: the less you feel like doing #deep breathing.... the more you probably need it... :)
